It descends from the plateau of Vigolana and then into Lake Caldonazzo. It hosts brown trout, which can be fished with various techniques. The terminal section, in correspondence of Caldonazzo lake, is the most important reproductive site of the lake trout of Caldonazzo, which in late autumn goes up for the reproduction.
