The Avisio stream is the liquid soul of the Fiemme, Fassa, and Cembra valleys. Flowing down from the Marmolada, it carves spectacular gorges and creates wide gravelly flats where fly fishing reaches its maximum expression among brown trout, marble trout, and high-altitude grayling.
Fish management is entrusted to the Agenzia per la pesca of the Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme, which protects the evocative mountain stretches of the valley with care and tradition, and the Associazione Pescatori Dilettanti Trentini (APDT), which manages the spectacular, wild areas of Val di Cembra down to its confluence with the Adige. A technical, dynamic, and breathtaking waterway.
