Taverna Bianca

In our medieval village, everything has a story, and the Taverna Bianca is no exception. This space was once a stable, later transformed into a wine cellar. Today, within its four stone-walled rooms, you'll find the tables of our Taverna, surrounded by vintage farming tools and artworks by local artists. Creativity is at the heart of Canale di Tenno, and you’ll find it in our kitchen too.
Every day, we prepare generous charcuterie boards using local specialities, guided by the seasons and inspired by the insight of our trusted suppliers. Fresh and aged cheeses, speck, mortandela, sauerkraut, dips, polenta and the ever-popular apple strudel: these are just some of the delightful Italian treats we serve to our guests.
Many are also available to buy from our carefully curated shop, so you can take a taste of the Taverna home with you.
