The Cavalletto Restaurant has been the reference point for traditional Trentino cuisine in Pergine Valsugana since 1980. Now in their third generation of restaurateurs, each one has always been animated by a single passion: to make their guests feel good and to honour the true tradition of Trentino, in the kitchen and in the rooms.
The Trentino Restaurant is run with pleasure and joy by the Bertoldi Family. Al Cavalletto is a place where to relive the experience of our grandparents, great-grandparents and ancestors who gathered around a fireplace to share their happy moments, enjoying a good Trentino dish and savouring the wine of their vineyards. A simple, traditional, homemade, substantial and real cuisine is offered. The setting is now rustic, typically Trentino, familiar. A perfect setting to enjoy a good plate of canederli with mountain butter and field sage, sipping an excellent glass of Teroldego or the bubbles of an excellent Trento DOC.
