The Cima X11 restaurant is authentic, devoid of sophistication, decidedly pop in appearance and substance. It may not have all the ingredients, but the way dishes are cooked and whipped has a "zero kilometer" smell that comes from local uses and tastes. In summer you can eat outside, in the middle of the greenery, in winter in the dining room separated from the bar. You can eat omelettes and potatoes in a pan, canederoli in broth, goulash with polenta and potatoes.
