MON bistrot was born inside Mart – Rovereto's Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art as a space where gastronomy, design and art are in continuous dialogue. The restaurant welcomes both visitors to the museum and an external clientele who want to experience the place in a free and informal way, in a unique cultural context. The gastronomic proposal is entrusted to Chef Antonio Della Vista who offers a cuisine that starts from the Trentino tradition to open up to personal experimentation. The menu is designed to meet different needs: a Business Lunch formula, with quick and prepared dishes, and a seasonal à la carte proposal, for those who want to live a more complete gastronomic experience inside the museum
