A historic and family-run mill that boasts over a hundredyears of history in milling and produces quality corn and buckwheat flour using artisanal methods
Alberto Pellegrini, a third-generation miller from Varone di Riva del Garda, carries on the ancient family trade in this historic mill that has been producing quality corn and buckwheat flour with artisanal methods since 1903. Limited and artisanal, the production ranges from the classic yellow bramata, for the Trentino polenta, to that of white corn, from stone-ground wholemeal flour to taragna, up to thin corn flour. These also include homemade pasta, sweet and savoury baked goods, corn sticks, biscuits, chunks of polenta and soap with corn bran and honey. All products are available in the shop, in stores or can be shipped directly to your home.
