This farm with an adjoining mini-case factory produces yogurt cream and many raw milk cheeses such as robiole, fresh and smoked ricotta, caciotte, aged and flowered crust cheeses. Located in Cles, the company is dedicated to the breeding of a few cows with the aim of ensuring controlled and quality production. The location of the shop and the dairy are very suggestive, set in an ancient house in the historic district of the town. The free-standing barn with chopped red cows is located in the heart of the forest above. During the summer the company moves to the pastures.
