Since 1990, the Maso has been carrying out agricultural and livestock activities, applying the concepts of a short milk supply chain that allows high-quality, healthy and genuine products to be brought directly to the consumer's table. Their sixty cows stay during the winter at the barn adjacent to the farm in Costa di Folgaria, while from June to September they move to the mountain pasture in Malga Vallorsara.
Sharing full respect for the environment and their animals, only natural products are used to care for their cows and, thanks to the excellent milk, the farm is active in the production of artisanal products such as cheese and yoghurt.
