Organic fruit, fresh and processed vegetables
Maso Cengi was born to Fausto Simonini and Fausta Manfredi, both descendants of peasant families, who have put their heritage, made up of fields and experience, to good use. It is a certified company that produces according to the organic farming method. Inside the company centre there is a laboratory for the transformation of the fruits and vegetables produced by the company into jams and juices. The vineyard produces typical grapes of the Trentino area from which wines such as Marzemino, Lagrein, Gewürztraminer, Moscato giallo, Enantio and Merlot are produced.
STRENGTH
The company's philosophy, which began as organic in the 1980s, stems from the ideals of two young farmers.
