The typical restaurant Rocca di Calliano is located in the heart of the Vallagarina. The ancient Armoury preserves the atmosphere of ancient times, with barrel wraps, wooden ceilings and views of the ancient walls and vineyards, from which some of the most renowned wines of the valley are obtained. Antonio Sacco, the pizza "world champion" who runs La Rocca di Calliano, adds another title to his showcase: he is the first Trentino pizza maker with the "Kamut pizza" license.
