A brand new project created with the aim of bringing back the concept of Locanda, or inn, both for travellers and local people.
La Cantinota - Locanda De Manincor is a restaurant and pizzeria, with garden terrace and 8 double rooms for those who as well as dinner, want an overnight stay. The aim is to show something of the Trentino area through our food, taking it beyond a simple list of ingredients, and carefully selecting produce that guests will enjoy, to accompany them through an experience that is rooted in local tradition. Simplicity is key, from constructing the menu and the setting, through to the recovery of historic dishes from Trentino cuisine. Cordial hospitality and a cellar with over one hundred carefully selected labels to offer moments of relaxation through hallmark Trentino taste experiences.
The pride of the locanda is its dining room, which has been dug out from the rocky slopes of Mount Brione, creating a completely unique and charming eating area. The De Manincor family looks forward to welcoming you.
