The aroma of pomace rich in intense and gentle aromas lives every day in the wide selection of grappa and liqueurs produced with the utmost attention to the origin of the raw materials.
Founded in 1950, the Pezzi distillery has maintained a strong bond with tradition while not giving up on introducing the new technologies available over time. Its wide range is characterised by the presence of sun grappas that come from selected marcs in the most suitable territories. The Muller Thurgau for sale at the distillery, for example, comes exclusively from the Cembra Valley, the Teroldego from the Piana Rotaliana, the Marzemino from Isera while the Chardonnay comes only from the hills overlooking the Adige Valley. The products include fruit liqueurs, bombardino and grappas from single grape varieties and rustic herbs.
STRENGTH
The distillery is part of the Grappa Protection Institute of Trentino and boasts a quality label.
