The Consorzio Ortofrutticolo Val di Gresta was founded as an agricultural cooperative in 1969 and brings together numerous members who give the products grown in that territory, according to the method of cultivation integrated for 25% and organic for 75% certified by I.C.E.A. On large terraces, traced by characteristic dry walls, the crops of potatoes, carrots, cabbage and a thousand tasty and genuine vegetables are grafted which, with their organoleptic and taste properties, have made Val di Gresta a recognized brand of quality and reliability. For this reason, Val di Gresta is considered the organic garden of Trentino, where peasant tradition meets innovative organic farming techniques to obtain guaranteed products. The ability to organize and the passion for the unique products of this valley have led the Val di Gresta brand to national awards and an increasingly expanding market but with a particular attention to the product.
