Thanks to the use of top quality products (starting with water), the choice not to filter or pasteurise and to use only hops as a preservative, this mountain craft brewery produces a beer full of complex aromas and aromas. Do not miss the first one, "San Lorenzo", a Golden Ale deliberately created to bring those who know only the great industrial brands closer to craft beer, the "Obice", an Indian Pale Ale, decidedly more demanding than the first one and dedicated to those who are already used to drinking particular beers and with a strong character, and the "Abete", an Extra Special Bitter of 5.4 alcoholic degrees, created with a characterising yeast that is expressed with intense fruity aromas accompanied by those of malt caramel.
