The “La Quadra” Azienda Agricola, or farm shop, in the municipality of Drena, is a heritage that has been handed down over four generations of the same family. Originally a way of meeting the family’s needs, today it has become a company that produces milk on a large scale, led with enthusiasm and initiative by the young brothers Stefano and Roberto, their sister Alice and their parents Giuseppe and Francesca. The direct sales approach which they have taken for around seven years is based on the use of raw materials which all the family have a hand in transforming and processing, through an artisanal process with a constant focus on the land, culture and traditions of Trentino, and — naturally — on the authenticity of the products.
