A wine that is born after a chastened pruning, with a loving care for the bunches grown slowly in the sun, together with the numerous thinning carried out during the season.
The Grigoletti Farm was founded in Nomi in Vallagarina thanks to the love of his great-grandfather Federico for quality wines; grandfather Ampelio and the winemakers Bruno, Aida, Carmelo and Marica then carried on his peasant art, between traditions and passions that were eventually transmitted to Federico and Martina. Since 1982, they have been working on an important quality project: selecting the best land for production, with work done by hand and in the family. Thus were born the Grigoletti Selections (Chardonnay L’Opera, awarded with the Oscar of the Douja d 'Or of Asti), the Retiko (white wine fermented in barriques), the Merlot Antica Vigna (best Merlot in Italy at MondoMerlot di Aldeno), the Gonzalier grape (from the union of Merlot and Cabernet) and the wine from dried San Martim grapes.
