History of a family of winegrowers
A family-run farm founded at the foot of the Castello di Avio and now in its third generation. Today the winery is managed by Lorenzo, a winemaker who personally takes care of every step of this work, from the land to the bottle. Constant work in the vineyards without forcing production, limiting pesticide treatments, fertilization and anythingelse that may affect the natural balance of the vines. Pruning, tying, peeling, thinning and harvesting are carried out scrupulously by hand. The vineyards are all located in Vallagarina, a land crossed by the Adige river and mitigated by the microclimate of nearby Lake Garda. The attention between the rows facilitates the following in the cellar: from winemaking to the aging of wines, up to bottling, to obtain products of character with a personality that expresses the territory.
STRENGTH
Red wines such as Marzemino, Enantio, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and white wines such as Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. To enrich the offer, the "Due Vale" is a classic brut sparkling wine produced with 100% Chardonnay grapes.
