The most recent project by starred Chef Alessandro Gilmozzi, in the heart of Cavalese, adjacent to the Palazzo della Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme. An artisanal Dolomite pastry workshop, with artisanal production of classic and modern cakes to order, traditional Trentino yeasts, single portions and biscuits. Under the operational supervision of pastry chef Federica Battisti, the laboratory serves both individuals and restaurants, hotels, pizzerias and points of sale in the area.
