From a project to recover and enhance ancient fruits, herbs and medicinal plants, grown according to the organic farming method on the slopes of Mount Baldo, at an altitude of more than 700 metres, Paolo Passerini produces syrups, juices and jams, which are then marketed under the brand Le Delizie del Monte Baldo.
