Inspired by the passion of its founder Mario, Simonetto Carni offers typical Trentino meat products. The company, which opened its headquarters in Castelnuovo in 1959, has been operating a new store since 2013, the "Becarìa del Borgo", in the historic centre of Borgo Valsugana. In 2014, both points of sale received the "Bottega Storica Trentina" label, an important recognition issued by the Province of Trento that testifies to the historical-cultural value of the activity. In the points of sale you can find all the typical agri-foodstuffs such as wines, grappa, cheeses and dairy products as well as Valsugana gastronomy products prepared and packaged locally.
