At dinner, three menus of your choice stand out with dishes of Italian cuisine, typical proposals and products from the short supply chain. The pasta and bread are homemade while the vegetables are grown directly in our own vegetable garden. There is also a children's menu and offers for customers with coeliac disease, vegetarians and those suffering from food intolerances. Inside the structure, the Andreas Hofer stube hosts tastings of Trentino beers and wines. Here you can enjoy a delicious slice of strudel accompanied by a warm vanilla sauce or an inviting chopping board of mountain cheeses and local cured meats.
