The Hotel Regina Del Bosco in Ronzone boasts a history with an ancient flavour: it was in fact the romantic residence of the Habsburgs. In 1883, the Emperor of Austria and Hungary Franz Joseph, during a hunting trip in the woods of the Mendola Pass, fascinated by the beauty of the landscape, decided to build a hunting lodge. In 1921 the hunting lodge became a hotel, preserving the room where the emperor slept.
Today the Hotel Regina del Bosco has been completely renovated.
The Restaurant offers traditional dishes from Trentino and Nonesa. The strangolapreti, the potato pies, the apple strudel are inevitable.
