Rich buffet of hors d 'oeuvres;
A first choice among the proposals of the day;
One second to choose from the proposals of the day;
Dessert.
Every evening the Chef offers a different menu, inspired by the seasonality and quality of the raw materials, with a selection of dishes ranging from the flavours of the Alpine tradition to the great classics of Italian cuisine, up to refined seafood proposals.
Reservations are required.
