The "La Caneva" restaurant is family-run and has been handed down from generation to generation. Tradition and taste dominate our restaurant and meet perfectly in our menu, to create a selection of delicious dishes with first courses, main courses, homemade desserts and our fabulous pizzas.
You will find many dishes of typical Trentino cuisine and some revisits of the best known ones.
Our restaurant is located in Costa di Folgaria, at 1200 metres above sea level , at the foot of the ski slopes for the winter, and at the golf course for the summer. The ideal starting point for trips and excursions suitable for everyone, from adults to children.
In the last 10 years we have wanted to revolutionise both the interior and the exterior of the restaurant, also creating an entirely closed veranda of windows where you can enjoy our typical and revisited dishes of Trentino cuisine and exquisite pizzas with selected ingredients of the first choice.
The room is divided into three large spaces that include: 2 central rooms that have a maximum capacity of 70 seats – the beating heart of the room: one room is located on a veranda with windows from where you can enjoy the view; the other more rustic room from which you can watch the preparation of our pizzas.
Outdoor wooden tables are designed to accommodate up to 50 customers and are perfect for enjoying our view and the mountain air during an aperitif with friends.
Finally, there is a small and intimate room that can accommodate up to 20 people. Perfect for lunches, dinners and private events.
