Like any self-respecting small family business, Pasticceria Cose Buone da Paolo also has well-planted roots and since 1969, the so-called "Paolo Pasticcio" has been delighting villagers and tourists with typical sweets of the Trentino and Veneto traditions. Now the tradition is carried on by the children, who every day churn out Krapfen, sweet and savoury strudels, biscuits, nougat, chocolate, sweet and savoury panettones, cakes of all kinds, and much more, in line with traditions but trying to assimilate new proposals, tastes and techniques.
