Every day, chain bread is baked with cereals and flours from farmers and millers and pastry products with meticulous attention in the selection of mainly local and Italian suppliers.
Relationships are fundamental and essential for us: thanks to meetings with farmers we select the raw materials for all our products, with millers we look for the varieties of cereals that we knead with sourdough and let them ferment slowly.
For us, bread is agriculture, territory, research and tradition.
