Born from a crumb of Modern Bakery, we have grown up and become great. Our point of sale and restaurant in Rovereto is a bakery, bar, cafeteria and restaurant for lunch.
In the morning, the proposals at the counter are varied: freshly baked internal production products combined with a good coffee, carefully prepared from a blend of 100% Arabica coffee from Forno Brisa. On your lunch break, we offer quick meals with high quality raw materials, selecting local suppliers as well as Roman pizzas and focaccia.
During the aperitif time we offer a careful choice of wines and craft beers served with tasty snacks.
