This oil mill, with its attached oil boutique for product tastings, offers a perfect encapsulation of Trentino’s territory, history and traditions, with an innovative and forward-looking approach. It is located in the Upper Garda region, where the landscape is awash with the distinctive green shade of the olive trees clustered in terraces around the northern shores of the lake. The farmland stretches from Riva del Garda to Arco, the most northerly point reached by the olive tree, and produces a selection of extra-virgin olive oils, exclusively from Garda cultivars, which have won multiple awards for quality over the years in national and international competitions.
