Le Giare, in Costa di Folgaria, is a newly opened restaurant born from the desire to create an authentic place, inspired by the mountain atmosphere.
You will be welcomed by a young and passionate team, ready to make you feel at home in a well-kept but informal environment.
The day begins with a delicious breakfast: cakes from the local bakery and coffee from a Trentino micro roastery, to start off on the right foot.
Artisanal focaccia filled with irresistible combinations, chopping boards and dishes prepared with care and attention to quality await you at lunch and dinner.
If there is a dish not to be missed... well, it is our chopping boards, with local products selected with love (and a little greed!)
And then... one of the most beautiful moments of the day: the aperitif on the terrace. A glass of wine or a good gin and tonic, the mountains in front of you and the desire to slow down.
We are a stone's throw from the ski slopes in winter and the trails in summer, Le Giare is the right place for a break and a full of energy during a day on the Alpe Cimbra.
