The Anselmi family has been involved in the production of cured meats for more than 80 years and does so with attention to detail, but above all with great passion. Its goal is to give emotions, simple but intense: a good glass of wine with a slice of quality salami, a fire in the background and friends with whom to share stories and experiences.
