History, passion, research and love since 1965 of the Welponen family, which next to the Delizie Welponen typical products shop, runs the Enobistrot Welponen. Here one can enjoy a very well-stocked wine cellar with a wide and dynamic format, ranging from an aperitif to lunch or dinner. The cuisine is curated by chef Alessandro Vinante, who revisits traditional dishes, according to his creativity and the seasonality of the raw materials.
