The Pizzeria is open until 11 pm and offers different types of tasty pizzas, paying particular attention to food intolerances, all accompanied by excellent Bavarian beer.
The menu of the Doc pizzeria ranges from classic pizzas to the tastiest, from simple to the richest and most delicious. Among the most exaggerated are the Pizza Doc: San Marzano tomato, buffalo mozzarella, grilled courgettes with overcooked burratina, raw ham and yellow tomatoes.
The restaurant's menu consists of delicious and tantalising dishes made with genuine products rich in flavour, from our land. These include the ancient Carne Salada, already known at the time of the Council of Trent, prepared strictly at home.
