Careful winemaking guides the transformation of the grapes grown in these vineyards into a wine that reflects the passion that the producers put into their work.
In a hilly position, thiscompany, which is spread over four hectares in total - two of woodland and two others cultivated with an organic method exclusively with Pinot Noir, to obtain an elegant and complex wine – devotes attention to each small element, with the aim of obtaining a healthy and perfectly mature fruit. In the vineyards, the interaction between soil, plants and people creates a unique environment: the wine produced is characterised by extreme elegance, a ruby red colour, intense and clear aromas, dominated by berries, raspberries and blackberries, then hummus and moss, evolving spices and sensations of incense.
