A Noble Trentino Tradition
The Bossi Fedrigotti family has lived in Trentino, in Rovereto, for almost 600 years and has been dealing with wine for more than 300 years. From the first harvest of 1697 to the great innovation of 1961, when Count Federico created the first Italian Bordeaux grapes with Fojaneghe, the Bossi Fedrigotti Family has passed down the passion for their land and the characteristic wines that express the aromas and scents of the Dolomites. This heritage, a symbol of the noble winemaking tradition of Trentino, is enhanced throughout the world by Masi's experience. Since 2007, Tenuta Conti Bossi Fedrigotti has been one of the historic estates of Venice in the Masi Group. In the 1950s, Federico Bossi Fedrigotti sensed the need for a profound transformation. It was he who created the first "Bordeaux grape" in Italy in 1961: the new wine, accompanied by constant success, was called "Fojaneghe".
