Casa e museo del miele

Lavorone

The museum - open all year round by reservation - is run by the Marigo family, who have a shop selling honey products
Through historical references, exhibits, macrophotographs and drawings, the honey museum offers an effective overview of the life of bees, through a detailed and in-depth itinerary on the history and evolution of this amazing insect. Designed to accommodate even the smallest or most inexperienced visitor, offering a simple and clear route and effective communication, it is run by the Marigo family who have a shop selling honey-based products. The Marigo beekeeping company was founded in Zanè di Vicenza in 1898, when Pietro Marigo began his activity with a vertical wooden villic hive procured in Siena, where he had performed military service.
