Located in the Serci di Giovo area, this company produces wine grapes which are then processed in the historic family winery. Thanks to the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme run by the Autonomous Province of Trento and the so-called Operation 6.1.1 for “Young Farmers”, intended to “Encourage generational transition in the agricultural sector”, the Cantina Simoni winery has been able to refurbish its production areas, renovating its wine-making facilities, enlarging its spaces and improving the quality of its environments, all with benefits for the wines it produces. The varieties on offer include Gewürztraminer, Pinot Nero, Schiava, Müller Thurgau and Sauvignon.
