The hill of Tenna is a territory historically suitable for the cultivation of vines. The project to recover these lands, abandoned over time due to the steep slopes, represents the challenge, as difficult as it is exciting, of Michele Sartori. Each effort is focused on the hand-picking of high quality grapes, accepting lower-yield productions, but with fine fruit ripening and careful selection of the flower must. This is the origin of his Trentodoc, which expresses distinctive and recognisable organoleptic notes.
