Located in the historic center of Trento, at Via del Simonino 14, Ca’ dei Gobj (Trentino dialect for “house of the hunchbacks”) is housed in a building protected by the Department of Fine Arts, rich in atmosphere and historical memory.

Ca’ dei Gobj offers traditional Trentino dishes reinterpreted with a contemporary twist, highlighting high-quality local ingredients. The menu features a varied selection of traditional dishes and grilled meats, accompanied by excellent beers—especially the award-winning Bavarian Bischofshof—and a carefully curated selection of regional wines.
A historic and welcoming atmosphere
Inside, a beautifully restored antique wooden stube stands out, seating up to 200 guests, while in warmer weather, guests can enjoy an outdoor area with approximately 80 seats. The traditional decor, the large central counter, and the warm atmosphere make the restaurant perfect for any occasion.
