The menu has been designed to be as inclusive and accessible as possible: we have taken into account the needs of children, those who must follow particular diets for allergies, intolerances or life choices. We also care about affordability: everyone should have the right to sit at the table and enjoy food.
The Bistrot Le Rais is a well-kept place, which tells the values of the territory: the tables, for example, are built with wood recovered from the crashes caused by storm Vaia.
