The Plotegher Beer project was born from the passion of the brothers Matteo and Stefano Plotegher for the history and ancient traditions linked to beer, once considered a magical drink, the territory and the Cimbrian people of which they are part.
After 20 years of home production, in 2015 the company was founded in Besenello, working and producing its products at the foot of the great manor of Trento, Castel Beseno. The Plotegher craft brewery was founded with the aim of bringing back into its products the ancient traditions of the Cimbri, a population that still exists today in Trentino, precisely in Luserna, and which consists of about 600 people who preserve the original Cimbrian language.
STRENGTH
The Viking style and Valkirija Trentina, the first amateur beer produced by the two Plotegher brothers in 1998, today one of their flagship products.
