Vegetables and small fruits grown organically and biodynamically: potatoes, carrots, pumpkins, courgettes and cabbages.
The currant plants all ripen together. To avoid wasting anything, we use their fruits to prepare jams, syrups, fruit juices and infusions.
The shop is inside the family farmhouse, the Casa dei Trajeri. Here we also organize the aperitif.
On the chopping board you will find the vegetables from the garden, to be enjoyed with a glass of Teroldego or Nosiola, wines from the nearby Piana Rotaliana.
