Garda Trentino PDO extra virgin olive oil
The "Brioleum" farm was founded in December 2016, also a mill since 2018, by Gian Piero Scannone, born from the passion transmitted by his grandfather Ferruccio, who from an early age made him "step on" the olive groves of Monte Brione (Riva del Garda). A young Trentino reality, which pays tribute to the authentic flavour and qualityof Garda PDO, enhancing the excellence of its territory, and in the continuous search for absolute perfection.
