In the pure, fresh and well-oxygenated waters of the dolomitic glaciers of Trentino, our trout are born, bred for almost 2 years, fed with natural feed, without GMOs, in compliance with the “Trote del Trentino IGP” and the “Quality Trentino” trademark ', which guarantee the origin and superior quality of the trout. We also produce alpine char and lake carp, two fishes known for the delicacy of their meat.
