Agri '90 is a cooperative of farmers in the south-western part of Trentino that offers customers all the products of the mountain land, from polenta flour to strawberries and raspberries, up to browns, whose warm taste recalls the winter evenings spent at the table with friends. Of course, there is no shortage of vegetables, which come directly from the farmer to the table. Thanks to the collaboration with the CIO-Serene Star, it is possible to buy Storo's famous yellow flour directly online, obtained from Storo's characteristic Trentino maize: the cobs, harvested at the beginning of October and then dried by the dry mountain winds, are slowly ground to preserve the nutritional principles and seductions of perfumes, for a perfect "mountain polenta".
