Fiume Adige zone A-B-C-No kill- NKC

Zona A - B - C NKC NO KILL

Adige River from the village of CallianotoBorghetto.

Zone“A”, upstream of the Mori dam:going up the river from the Mori dam for two kilometers, the terrain is rather uniform with significant depth, which is created by the barrier itself. From the village of Sacco, the Adige River becomes more varied, featuring large holes, but also many currents and gravel banks. Another section that is ideal for marble trout and grayling fishing is reachable from the Rovereto Nord toll highway (A22) exit, taking then a left up to the bridge on the river, along the left bank, where both upstream and downstream of the bridge, lay two beautiful and long gravel banks. On the right side of the river, you can go upstream for 1 km until you reach the village of Pomarolo, then cross the highway overpass until you reach the river in the proximity of a methane pipeline: downstream, you will find a gravel bank for grayling fishing.  Still at the Rovereto Nord toll highway (A22) exit, southbound along the Adige River’s right bank, towards Isera, after 3 km, you reach another bridge (refer to the Manica Company as a landmark), and on the left side of the river, you will find a 2-km long gravel bankupstream, as well as one downstream up to the second Borgo Sacco bridge.

Zone “B”, between the Mori dam features areas of strong currents and long water knives with a not-to-high average depth.

Zone “C”, downstream of the Ala dam up to Borghetto areas features strong currents and long water knives with a not-to-high average depth.

The No-Kill area (NKC) is downstream of the C area.
